 Isn't he cute? I thought of taking this photo immediately when the challenge came out because I had been here a couple of weeks ago on a coooold winter day and watched this guy forever. That day, he kept running around making cute faces like this one right after the other. Course when I went back, it was warm, and he and his bud were all docile and lazy, rarely making any face except letting his heavy eyelids fall fast asleep.

I stayed for over an hour and he made this face only one time. This was it. I think the pose is perfect, but I wish it hadn't been quite so cloudy a day because I had to use an 800 ISO (noise - yuk), and I wish he had been a little more still so it could have been a little sharper, but what can you do? Still. . . a pretty good fit for the challenge if I do say so myself :)

Oh. These are red lemurs in case anyone's interested.

wow sandy ... wot an amazing and priceless shot ... you certainly take some incredible photographs of animals ... this would have to one of your best ... i cant get over the expression .. i have a place in my brain right now where i can see another one of your expressive animal captures ... a zebra, all teeth and smiles!!!

Wonderfully meets the acronym - good for a laugh. If this didn't have a minor problem with blurriness it'd get a 10 from me. As is, it's still good for a 7. Best of luck to you in the challenge.

This is just to cute. I am getting a good belly laugh over it, which is an excellent way to start my day. The expression on that little guys face is priceless and fits your acronym perfectly. I don't know how you did it but this capture is amazing. Composition and lighting in this image is perfect. Gotta LOVE it! 10
