 I found this during my travels around town today. The outside conditions were horrible for photos but I managed to salvage this one :)

Great shot for reminding us about lent and the sacrifice made for us. I like the natural tilt on this. Makes the image appear more stark and powerful.

yes kat, this was also one of my favs of yours ... i think coz it's an image where the layers of meaning arent immediately obvious ...i also loved the artistic quality of the shot, like the composition and the colour hue ... its an excellent shot with meaning, which isnt that common ... so well done ... and i'm glad you're hobby is safe!!!!! ... been a blast this 30 day project and i've loved so many of your photographs ... thank you for sharing your life ...

this is just stunning ... love your colouring .. love the composition ... love the slanted crosses and the beautiful treeless branches ... excellent ... and wot a great find ..

edit .. as i closed this image i had another look and noticed the ropes and sort of shelves on the crosses ... then realised that there are three!!! ....then that the middle one is larger, maybe because of the perspective ... i believe jesus was on the middle cross .... very emotive place and very emotive photograph ... more than excellent ...

it looks like a gentle mist in the trees.
whatever it is, it adds to the whole fel of the scene.

Wow, Kat! What a special photo. Special to me anyway! Was this on church grounds? Or just out somewhere. It sure is in a scene that makes a nice photo with the dreamy sepia trees in the background.
