Skin is a touch too yellow. If you increased the saturation on the whole pic, you could make another layer, then erase the faces/skin so it doesn't increase on it too.

Just a thought. Great action pic, good focus!

Great capture of emotion. I like the DOF, just enough to single the main guy out and clear enough to still see his teammate’s expression.
