Near the top of the second hill climb,
AmGen Tour of California.
It's February, the sun is shining, the wind is blowing at about 20mph. These guys just came up the coast highway, fighting a fierce headwind, then turned onto this road. Back around the corner, they had just come up a 25 degree grade. The whole peloton passed me in about 15 seconds...
Crop, burn shadows, boost saturation. adjust curves, contrast enhancement, focus magic.

Excellent focus all the way through, great composition and the flag bringing up the rear is perfect.
Of course you had nice California weather to play with. No fog on that perfect day. |

| Oh, I am SO envious!! Not just that you got to be there and got great shots, but because the weather looks perfect, it's California, and they're riding! Keep 'em coming if you get to follow them at all. I read that Levi took the prologue. |
