Greetings from the Critique Club
Universally recognized symbols of love - hearts and chocolate - can't go wrong with those! The lighting is very good, particularly for using a shop light (I have a hard time with mine, but they're cheaper than studio lights!). The layout of the heart is good, too, but I think a slight rotation of the plate bringing the heart forward and the putting the design back may have helped just a bit. The depth of field, with some of the chips out of focus towards the back, might have been enhanced by lighting the forward part of the place a bit stronger then allowing the light to fade toward the back.
Overall a very good, clean, well lit, crisp set-up shot that meets the challenge. A few changes to composition may have helped to bring the score up a bit.
If you have any questions, feel free to PM me. By the way, I really like your shot for Music. |
