oh, the horrible memories this brings back. Nice unique idea. I like the story it evokes. |

Oh, yes! This hits the nail right on the head! Makes me smile! Great picture. |

I really like the detail in the hand - Hey I can even see the grime under the nail ;) I also like that there is no desk showing - that it's close enough in that the exam paper makes the whole of the background and yet it's actually foreground at the same time! Also like the way the (2) on the pencil is so carefully positioned. 6, Kavey |

So true, so true. I could see this hanging in a classroom. Lighting and angle are both very nice. Definateley has originality. I have to wonder though what you do for a living. The tips of your fingers look like thay have worked very hard toward something. (I hope it wasn't this test. LOL). It adds a bit of mystery to this photo for me. The dark area that your hand makes is very dark, but I don't think I would change it because you would have to change the positioning of your hand, and then it just wouldn't be the same. Great job and good luck in the challenge. |

I was going to shoot a pic nearly the same. I'm glad I didn't. Excellent. If I had shot this, I was going to name mine "Frustration." |

Creative. The broken tip of the pencil conveys the idea of frustration, making this photo 'emotional'. Very nice. |

That's why you're supposed to bring TWO number 2 pencils. ;-) |

Great idea. The only thing that makes this different from my test pencils is that the end isn't chewed enough. ;-) |

I can just sense the frustration! That makes this successful. Also technically good. |

I understand why you broke the lead. It's not easy righting with the correct hand when your so used to using the wrong. |

Good idea that is brought across well. |
