 I went downtown yesterday at lunch to take a picture for y'all of our Westin Hotel. The company I work for owns it. We built it from the ground up, and it is another one of our prides and joys. We own another one too called The Hotel Contessa, which in fact, is that white building you see in the corner, just past the Westin (I'll show you that one tomorrow :)

We are lucky because our company is small. There's only about 25 of us, so as employees, we get complimentary nights at both hotels. My hubby and I love to stay down here at Christmas time. All the trees are strung with Christmas lights and we love to walk the Riverwalk, then come back to our elegant room. I really do work for a cool company, huh? :)

This is a very nice perspective. February in Michigan looks a little different.

The guide on the boat, with his arm raised, made my eyes go straight to him and then right up into the rest of the picture. Nice capture there.

Nice inviting looking place the way you have presented it here.
You get good perks! I like working for small outfits best too. I only have one major coporate customer, Monsanto, and they can take as long as 6 weeks to pay. All the other customers I have are like family, and they write me a check when I give them the bill.

Now there is a hotel I book frequently for our clients. Someday I hope to stay there myself. It looks like a fantastic hotel!

Boy, you are sure are making SA look great! Lovely shot of your pride and joy. I suspect your employer may want to put this on brochures and marketing ads!

This is another great shot. I always wanted to stay at one of the hotels on the Riverwalk, but never got to. It would be even better to stay for free!
