great shot! it does capture their expressions well. And congrats to your son - I know that Studio Singers is difficult to get into. Fond memories for me! :) |

This was one of my top picks from the challenge... who knew it was taken almost in my backyard! Loved the motion here... really brings the shot to life for me. Great job! :) |

Amazing all of the comments about motion blur. :D I think the motion blur helps bring the photo to life, adds interest. This was a tough shot to get and you captured it quite well IMO. ISO 1600, wide open aperture...can't get much faster than that (well, I guess you could have gone ISO 3200 - then hello noise!).
This was one of my two 10's for the challenge. Nicely done! |

Looks over neat-imaged to me. Fun expressions though. |

Great capture. I commend your bravery in entering a photo with more than one blurry person in it. |

I like the expressions on the faces but the slower shutter and that one blurry face is distracting. |

This image realyly has a lot going on for it - attractive kids, nice motion, good lighting. However, the head of the pianist in the foreground takes away and makes this seem more of a snapshot. Cropping this to only have the kids in view may help this. |

I think a slightly faster shutter speed would have been helpful to remove some of the motion blur in the hands and heads. |
