 I was initially going to do 30 days of Goose Creek, but it's too hard to keep finding decent photographic opportunities around here.
So week 1 was GC.
Week 2 is going to be Charleston.
Week 3 is going to be......?????

This was taken a couple of months ago.
A friend of mine has a boat and we went out early one morning to catch the sunrise in Charleston Harbor.
But, as you can realize, it's difficult to capture low light pictures on a boat!!!!!
So this picture was actually taken with ISO 1600!!!
Luckily, when I reduced the image size, it also disguises the amount of noise in the picture :-)

And the building in the picture is The "Round Holiday Inn"

Great shot. I've been looking for a place to get a shot of this bridge. I guess on the water works. :)

The water is so still that those reflections of the lights are nice and crisp. Very pretty.

I think it's nice, I can see what you mean by the darkness, and you can tell that it was a hard shot to capture. I think the composition turned out great though.

Very nice image , and it does look good at this size. It is a challenge to shoot from a boat in low light, and esp a small boat. I wonder if you were running, or did you sit still long enough for the wake to smooth out before shooting? I like the perspective effect with the bridge, and the balanced reflection across the image.
