Really rather gross. But in this challenge I am favoring the images that look like they are exemplifying biology, rather than just being a shot of something living. And this image does well with that. It reminds me of something I'd see on a slide under a microscope. 10 from me. |

This shot is definitely unique! Good idea. Wish the photo was a little brighter. |

nicely done. not a "pretty" shot, but definitely fits the challenge. white balance seems to be off as there seems to be a bit of a pink cast to the entire shot, but I suppose that could have been intentional. - 6 |

ew....haha neat idea but the focus or lighting seems to be a bit off. I can;t really see many details in the bug. The cropping is a bit odd too. |
