Thanks for the comments.
I got out the ole Coolpix. Stuck the lens of the Coolpix up to a microscope eye piece with a rotifer focused. re-adjusted the focus of the rotifer with microscope and shot the camera, after zoomed the camera lens to avoid the round circle of microscope eye piece. There was some movement because I was shooting at 1/4 of a second, without a camera adaptor. I've been experiment more and have mastered motion by shooting at 400ASA and backing off the zooming. Am having lots of fun shooting algae, diatoms, amebas, and other wee little critters.

Amazing shot. I've never had any luck with microscope shots and would like to see how you set this one up. Good job!! |

Geez! People and their eye candy desires! This should have placed top ten at least. *shakes head* |

Very hard to get adequate DoF at this magnification, but would have persevered to try and get a sharper image if possible |

This is kind of blurry and not that interesting of a subject to look at. |

This photo is missing a "WOW" factor in my opinion; however, interesting idea, and unique take on the challenge. |

maybe is interesting as a scientific, but as picture is not that apealing. It is hard to relate it to something known |
