I think the light and texture is quite fascinating in this one. I didn't comment when voting this time around, but I do remember thinking I'd like to see this without the corners - ie all just the fruit.

I love this shot. I gave it a 7, and am surprised you didn't score higher. The texture and backlighting is great. I suspect Bob is right that the voters wanted just a little more sharpness, but I still think you got robbed!

Kelli, this is really nice. You have great lighting on the texture of the fruit but I think what hurt was the lack of sharpness.
