Couldn't resist this little guy, nothing like a plastic lizard indulging in a brusselsprout. A little butter, a shot of lemon and he's in business.

First time back in the challenges since November 06 and I pick a silly shot like this one. Hoping for a decent score but will settle for what ever the judges give out. I had fun shooting this I just hope everyone has fun scoring it.

My first time back in several months and I get a fourth place. I'm so happy I could eat a brussel sprout. (Just kidding) Taking this image was a lot of fun and if you didn't catch it there is another entry with the same lizard. Seattle is such a great place for photography.

Thanks for all the great comments and favs. I'm humbled to be in the top 10.

I'm assuming you made a mistake on the camera, since the same lizard appeared elsewhere. In which case you have my sympathy - that's the reason for my one DQ, also.

This is a really fun shot, and the dating issue has nothing to do with it.

If the one sprout was chewed instead of cut, this would have been a bit better. Still, very good.

I was disheartened to see two lizards in this challenge, but even if this isn't unique it's still well done and evocative. 7

go Brusszilla go!!!!!! he/she looks fierce. ordinarily, i would comment on having another color in there to help add contrast, but the greens are so close, i think the uniform color works well here

Love the picture. Excellent actor you have there. Your idea and the technicals are great, particularly the dof. I also happen to love Brussels sprouts with a little balsamic vinegrette and crumbled blue cheese. And after you bought all these, I hope you do too ;-)
