 Arranged the fruit and veg into a composition of my liking.
I then focused the camera with the kitchen light on. Turned to manual so the camera kept the same focus then switched off the kitchen light. Triggered the camera with the remote control and then highlighted parts of the vegetables with a little pinlight torch whilst the exposure was occuring i.e. painting with light.
In Photoshop, Levels, curves, brightness, satuation, burnt out the cooker and back wall. Sharpening.
