 Do you all know how GREAT garlic is for you: It has properties that fight colds, lower cholesterol, prevent complications from diabetis. And now, they think it has cancer-fighting properties. It's been used to treat digestive disorders. . . AND. . .get this: When rats were given regular supplements of garlic and high protein, their levels of testosterone increased :)

As for me? I just thought the picture looked cool, and I love it sauteed in soups :) I hope you like it too! Now, if it gets me a good score, then I'll reeeeeeeeally know its magical :)

So simple, yet so effective. Great offset composition and the red bow really sets it off.

Beautifully done! You are becoming the master with white/light subjects! This is how it's supposed to be. Great finish, Sandy!!

Now all the guys are going to start eating lots of garlic. Haha!
Maybe this explains the "Italian Stallions" that were so prevelent where I grew up in NY. They used to eat TONS of garlic!

I really like this, but there is something just too symmetrical about it (which is enhanced by the heavy black border, I think). Nonetheless, one of my top 4 picks in this challenge and only just shy of a 10.

One of the best entries in this challenge! I would like to see this hanging up in my kitchen. I LOVE the red bow and border on this! They add so much pizzaz to the image.
