 I will take a beating on this one, there is a hole in the radiator so it could not be moved to better lighting. Oh and BTW I’m thinking of buying it..
Saturation, and lighting . Crop ,resize, USM, save for the web.

I get a real chuckle out of this, maybe because it reminds me of a lot of guys I knew in high school/college. Not that many women don't also appreciate classic cars. :-)
Creative take on the challenge, nice sharp focus, nothing wrong with the technicals aside from area of blown lighting, which other commenters have already noted.
That being said, I think this is a photo that appeals mainly to those who appreciate these types of cars - which is reflected in your scores.
If you buy it, enjoy tearing up the Utah roads with this baaaaaad piece of machinery!

Lost me completely. It appears a competent photo of a car, but why it should be bad, or even baaad, I have no idea.

The photo looks very nice - lighting/focus. What bothers me, personally - is the crop. It seems like it needs some empty space in front of and on top. I think it would have caught my eye a little better.
