I'm sorry, Yeti, but there's too much black negative space in the bottom of this and it really detracts from the image. |

The black of the trees against the orange and blue does give an eerie feel, wouldn't want to be out alone in those woods. |

That orange glow means it's going to be a cold one.
Try trimming off some of the dark area in sunset/sunrise shots. I have learned that most people do not care for the large areas of blank space at the bottom. An even better fix is to shoot with less dark at the bottom, then you can keep more of the sky, or crop it off later if needed. |

I love the stark trees with the multi color sky. Hanson is close to my home town of Carver! |
