I know a similar-looking place ... tricky to get it with no people in it! |

How pretty! The fall colors behind the building and the reflections in the glass and off the lake in the front. I can feel the slight crispness in the air. This is well shot, the cropping on the top and bottom is perfect, allowing the one tree to be completely seen is a very nice touch. The cropping on the left is a bit loose, just slightly tighter to cut out the patch of green next to the building, having the slope of the roof take you out of the shot like the wall on the right does. I started this at a 6 but am going to raise it to an 8 |

Ya know what... this might seem like a plane photo at first glance but I kept comming back to it which means it brought out my curiosity. I would truly find this a sacred place if it were mine! The water reflction ads to the "sacredness" of the photo... and with so many lovely colors... good shot! |

Great colours - wish you hadn't lost half the reflection though - Somehow you must have been able to get the sky, house and reflections all in the frame! Maybe a really low angle to the water ? Good shot - though the harsh shadows across the left of the building indicate a better time of day would have improved things ? |

Yeah! filters.. So many photos suffer because the nut behind the camera does not polorize. This is a superb example as to why one should screw one on. Good Job. |

Beautiful reflection captured in the shot. Compostion of the building is interesting. You were able to capture a great autumn day. I would like to see a bit more contrast as it would help give the picture more depth of field. This should give even more interest to the shot. |

Great reflections! I bet you did have some happy times there as a child. I love the shadows all over the buildings. Great photo! |

This photo has a very nostalgic feeling with its soft light, the quiet reflections in the water. |

Pretty fall colors, attractive buildings. Very nice. I would have tried to get more reflection, possibly to include some of the colors of the leaves. |
