 I manipulated an original image with PS tools.
I took it with my Dimage Camera. My image represents the war in that country.

You must ensure that your camera date and time are correctly set to your local time zone before shooting your entry. If the date recorded in your original image file is not within the specified challenge dates, your entry will be disqualified -- NO exceptions!

sorry, but what exactly is this supposed to be? it doesn't even really qualify as a bad picture to me..
