Photos taken that week end at the Wat Phra Kaew (Temple of the Emerald Buddha), during a business visit in Thailand. Bangkok was a nice place to take "sacred places" photos with all its marvellous temples!

This looks like an amazing temple. I wish the palm fronts (?) weren't so dominant in the foreground to allow more of the temple's detail to show.

I love the colors in this shot, the vibrancy and the way it pops out at you. The plant in the front is a bit of a distration though, blocking the front of the temple. An 8

Nice shot. I might've cropped it a bit more to eliminate "leaning" structure on right.

very cool. i would like to see more focus on the building and not the plant, but maybe that's just me.

An interesting idea to put the plant in the foreground. Provides a nice contrast to the ornate golden temple. Everything seems a bit bright, and I wish the top on the temple wasn't cut off.

Good photo. I like it a lot. Too bad the sky wasn't more compliant on the day you took this.

Beautiful shot. I like the palm(?) fronds with their softness and motion against the stark and stationary detail of the intricate tile work. Would like to see it without the peaked roof cut off at the top.

Wish there was more of the temple to see in this photo. The exposure is good and the colors are wonderful, but the composition is lacking. 4

Do you think it'd be better if you can capture the whole tample? (Left)
Anyway, nice color... Well done!
