 Another last minute submission.
It's a test of my new lens - Canon 50mm f/1.8 II. It's perfect for shots like that. I really like the min DOF!!! It's useful in many situations despite it has fixed focal length.

Processed with RawShooter and Photoshop. No any special effects just color balance, histogram and saturation to -.

I like the triangles created by the black and white keys but I think the finger should have come in from the left in a more 'natural' keyboard pose.

The area of focus is quite sharp though I feel it is too narrow. Also, by putting this area in the centre makes the image quite static. If the area of focus were closer to the bottom of the frame (on the third line or below) and slightly to the right the image would be much more dynamic.

Wow, that is really shallow. I think it would've looked a bit better had it been just a tad less shallow. Nice picture.

IMO opinion this image would be much stronger without the finger. The keyboard is photgraphed beautifully - love the very shallow DOF.

A little more contrast might help here, but this is an excellent shot! Perfect focus.

This is one of the best in show. I wish the whites of the keys were whiter. AND stop biting your nails!!!
