 300mm focal length, manual exposure mode, no cropping.

What looks like image noise/grain is actually fine water drops that were everywhere! If you look close, you can see the run-off from his helmet.

This whole series, and I remember it well, is awesome. Really shows the grittiness and unglamourous part of being a firefighter, yet also shows the dignity and respect that these guys earn and deserve for what they do.
