Wonderful, imaginative, provocative and not just in the lewd sense. 8 |

Interesting idea, well done. I would have voted higher had you have managed to get the ripple in the water proving he was in fact nude. |

Cute idea! Great color contrast and good composition, but the noise smoothing/edge sharpening is a bit on the heavy side. |

I think maybe a tight crop of "The Dipper" would work better here. It would have him walking towards the light in the top right and make him the more obvious subject of the picture |

While I think the geometry, color and light effect of the pool is interesting, the background is distracting and the nude gets lost in the composition. A tigher shot, or perhaps a steeper angle (if possible) would have worked better. Also, if the figure was floating, swimming, or perhaps completely under the water in some other pose this might have been better. |

Is naked nude? This looks like a great shot of a back yard with a person enjoying their pool in privacy. Doesn't feel like a nude study to me. GREAT back yard, though! |

very nice idea, almost wish to have a tighter crop here. The way the light reflects off of the water surface provided the perfect lighting - you should have made a better use of it. |

oh that pool! I wish it was summer hare and I had that pool.. just to dip in there at a warm and beautiful and romantic summernight... :P
I love the green water, might been cool if the model was really swimming instead of walking thrue the water. |

I like this because it is very different from much of the stuff in this competition in the sense that its not in a studio, i like the "exploration" so to speak. |

Interesting idea and you have managed the lighting well :o) The image looks a bit pixelated on my screen though? |

great colors and ambience, not enough nudeness though |

quite different. like the idea, not the execution - foreground and model could be sharper, back of model needs some more light |

Could have simplified the composition |

Nice colors, but the composition seems maybe a little busy. I don't know for sure, but beyond the color, it doesn't have much of a "wow" factor. |

Interesting take on the challenge. For sure one of the more creative of the male nudes. :-) |

Compositionally not the most interesting nude, but it does have a certain voyeuristic feel to it which is a good thing. |

Well it is just a guy in a pool. I must admit, I like the colours and exposure and the composition is pretty good. It just doesn't cut it with the other pictures I have seen here. |

Nice swimming pool! Wish this was a LOT closer to make more of the weird effect on the legs in water...then you could have called it "The Big Dipper"...:-) |
