some comments make me smiling since it's selfportrait. I was confused choosing the title.
In colour pic, we can see the YAKUTA (summer kimono) clearly.
And shiny thing on my arm was a mark from an injection when i was a kid :))

will try to improve my face impression
and editing

"The Sad Geisha" is a very good entry into the Nude IV challenge. I like that you were able to capture something a little more unusual. I have to give you huge credit for doing a self portrait, you are far courageous then most.

The photo is very striking just based on the concept of what it is. I think the choice to not be happy works very well for this piece. Also I think black and white allows us to focus on the subject and not be distracted by possible bright colors. The one thing I could see changing about the shot is the lighting. I think because we have such a soft subject the lighting should be very soft to capture you. I might even try the majority of the lighting to come from the left and then a soft light from the right to keep the shadows away.

This really is a great piece especially for your 3rd challenge. Nice job!

her face looks a bit pixelated..

love the pose, not sure about the kimono like that, looks a little bit messy.

Great pose, great subject, the lighting is a bit off. The harsh shadows cast by the arm and kimono distract from the image as a whole.

Very nice image. I like the composition and the expression of the model. I don't like the hard shadows that are apparent under the arm etc. A softer side lighting would be better.

well composed, good b/w tones. her expression looks more astonished or "caught in the act" than sad to me

Some how the title and image do not gel together, you have a fantastic model and An opportunity to make some great nudes this is not one of them she is so attractive and with a lovely figure go for it again sometimes a second go can bring out better images 9

Very interesting image. It might have been interesting to see her kimono either in colour or gently desaturated.

you have a unique subject here, but she looks more nervous / afraid than sad. sorry, but that was my first reaction...

still, you have worked to include objects AND leave some to the imagination, and i think that shows you gave this a lot of thought & effort - keep it up!
