 One image. Use a lot of heal & clone. NI, dragonizer - not all just parts - and parts of glam blur - Dragon. Sharpen - Nothing really too drastic. It's fun playing without too many limits!!

Cool idea and overall well executed. Something about their eyes looks unnatural and fake - the oversaturated color perhaps? Hmmm...well, anyway, good luck in the challenge.
