 First try at RAW Conversion - Tweaked the photo with the RAW options in Photoshop CS - Basically wanted the background black as that was the intention - flash washed it out - After moving the slider options found that the green stem turned brighter as the background went to black - the colors of the orchid came back almost exactly to what they are in life - so close that all that see the pic cant figure it out

This would be really lovely if it just had a bit more light which could be achieved by adjusting the levels or curves so as not to blow out the flowers in the rear, increase the saturation a bit and up the contrast very slightly. Also needs just a bit more sharpening to put the focus on the flower in the front.
