| Seems more motion blur than shallow DOF, though there is some DOF at play here. |

can't find anything clearly in focus and standing out. Still a very good picture, but not really meeting challenge.
Blue border doesn't add to the picture |

| I think this would have been better if the perosn was in focus and the background was not. |
