 Background is a black piano, lit underneath with a single tungsten bulb and limited natural window light from side. White balance changed in camera to compensate and cool. Post process: saturation, USM, brightness/contrast.

A great macro shot. Nice lighting and great colors. Funny thing is I would have liked to see more depth, but I guess that is against the challenge. :) Terrific shot and congrats on the good score.

Wow! This is gorgeous!! Beautiful light, great composition, and lovely detail. Simply gorgeous. I'll bet this looks just grand printed, too.

Once again, your consistancy is incredible. Very nice detail with a subtle change in DOF. Far different from the shots with the dramatic DOF changes.
