 Taken from Signal Hill looking towards Table Bay. The wind was really pumping so I was lucky to get a few sharper shots and struggled to keep the camera on the tripod from blowing over.

The overall look of this shot didn't appeal to me; the minimalist elements are caught up in the imprecise focus on the ships and problems with contrast in their lights, and the distracting rocks in the lower right corner.

Even though it's minimalism, I'd still like to have a subject to be able to study. The ships are just too dark and small here - the specks of light are uninteresting.
