 Portland, Oregon taken from the east side of the Willamette River near OMSI(Oregon Museum of Science and Industry). It was very cold for this 30 second exposure. Burrrr.

Ouchy but I kinda like it. Might crop a bit off the bottom? Portland never looked like this when I was there ;-)
