| Hey Sandy, I just now got a chance to sit down and start going through the lineup post-contest. I remember this shot from the beginning as one of the ones that I thought was going to do really well. Nice crop, nice dark background, and great shot overall. My son, 'yakatyou' sitting next to me asked me to say that he likes it too. Actually, he was looking specifically for this entry to see where it placed. |

| Sandy this is awesome! I gave you a 10! Its a shame to get a score 7 and be out of the top 10! Great picture and capture. I couldn't imagine seeing something like this in the wild much like take a great picture like this. Way to go! Congratulations |

| What a kinglike stance. Love the focus and detail, although you aren't that close. Great contrast, yet natural and neutral, just like in nature. I like the background being enough in focus to see that he is in a forest of trees. Beautifully done. |

| Wow, What an incredible animal!!! He is amazing. I love the way his beautiful eyes are looking right at you and the way his huge antlers just crown his head. Lighting, compositon, clairity are all excellent. This is straight out of National Geographic. Wonderful Capture! |
