 despues de alrededor de 4 horas de intentos pude obtener una buena secuencia de fotos de este tipo, para crearla emplee los siquientes elementos:
contenedor de vidrio,colorante natural para el agua,leche y en el momento de la edicion aplique: crop,niveles,brillo y contraste,color selectivo,reduccion de ruido,gaussian blur.

ojala les guste.

the blue part is water with some natural coloring and the drop is of milk, thanks for your comment.
