Great lighting with the stong backlighting and the great fill lighting, flash?
I'm not so sure it meets the "Match" challenge but then i took it very literally and took one of the many pictures of a match.
Great picture though so still a 9. |

Fantastic lighting and nice pose, but the composition is perhaps a bit too central, you could crop the space on the right I feel. Rexy's face is probably turned a bit too much to his right, leaves his right eye dark and hidden.
Spot the fellow melburnian...did he kiss it? I'm Rex Hunt and you're not. Yibba di yibba, that's all folks. 7 |

| Outstanding technical qualities here with terrific quality of light and superb composition ... this would make a great stock photo! That said, it doesn't readily speak to the theme without a title. *7* (if only because the connection with the theme is missing for me) |
