yes, it meets the challenge, but something about it just throws me. it just seems very haphazard. |

I give it a two it almost looks as if 2 Pixels worth of blur occured... SLOWER SHUTTER SPEEDS GUYS... need to capture background motion! |

I'd say your shutter speed was a little too fast to have adequately blurred the background for this to be really effective. |
