I think with this, though i understand it might not be easy to achieve or maybe just flat out impossible, you could change the angle and shoot from more of a downward angle so you could see the winding pathway more. Aswell i think that would give the photo a little more depth, even though you can see the trees and a building in the background the photo looks flat to me.

Image is snapshot quality. There are many blown highlights and the fencing creates a disturbing mess of distraction, leaving the people with very littel impact over all. Against the white sky, this image loses interest quickly.
