I would have liked to have seen a little more of the train as i think the contrast in colors would work well against the dark background.
but a good effort none the less.
good luck |

A longer pan and more of the train would really help this shot. |

yes, you met the challenge. just wish you had about another 20% of the frame filled with the subject, though. |

While your technique appears to be sound, the train is cropped too much. I would have used the rule of thirds to balance off the composition. |

Nice job, but I think more of the train would have been better. |

Excellent title and the photo is very much in the spirit of a work-a-day image. Nice work. 8. |

Not enough subject, too much environment.
Good job of stopping motion. Little too much sharpen (jaggies)
Nice colors on Train. Rest of image is really dull and take a lot away. |

It's good but it doesn't show enough of the train. If you can get at least one set of wheels in the shot it might help to give more sense of structure to the train. |

How very odd. The train would appear to be heading in the direction of the blur, which fits with the title but is sort of contrary to the idea of eyes following objects and blurs remaining in their wake. Gotta have 6 for getting the engine so pin-sharp though. |

nice capture, when you stare at this it makes you feel as though you are also on a moving train. |

Works well, but I'd like to have seen just a little more of the train. With the drab coloured background it doesn't make for the most exciting of images. |
