I like the colors, but I think this would have to provide more detail / sharpness for a higher score in this challenge. I do think the small lights add effectively to your theme.

Seems to be suffering from compression/interpolation artifacts. Not a good quallity capture. Horizon also seems titled, but hard to tell because the details are quite murky. Otherwise it could have made for a nice silhouette at sunrise.

I see an image that really had a lot of beauty and potential, but lacks in sharpness at the horizon, and appears to have a lot of noise reduction done, losing a lot of essential textures and details.

you should look at this tutorial, becaus your file size is extremely small(38 kb) and you could have used up 200 kb, this would have made everything in your photo much smoother and shown the small details clearly.

not very interesting. it's pretty flat and the quality of the image seems to be low :(
