interesting image, but one that leaves me wondering what made this stand out to you as your best image of the year...

Not really sure what I am looking at here, perhaps something in a brewery?
I really like the deep tones and the shadows. The rivits are very well seen here too.

EMP? My favorite Architecture/Abstract photo in the challenge. Great study of form and pattern. Great colors. Curous how l ong it took to bring out all the rivets. One of my highest rated photos.

hey! that looks familiar! It's an interesting building to look at, but must be a real PITA to maintain. I like the angle you've chosen and the "sheen" of the surface.

i have a shot with the needle in the backdrop; an interesting juxtaposition.

Nice abstract. The tone & Colors would go great in my house :) It's subtley busy...just enough to give it character without being overbearing. It's uniqueness makes it stand out from the crowd.

interesting installation ... photo is so-so :-) different crop would work, or much much closer photo of the subject would be coool

i absolutely love how you can see all the rivets. The subject itself, to me, is not the most exciting .. thing. but i do like how you composed and captured this frame.
