 An awesome view I couldn\'t resist from between the cabins on the lake overlooking an old boat house and the area across the lake to where there is a snow avalanche almost every winter.

I really like the compoistion here. the only thing I would suggest is using a graduated ND filter, or maybe process for different exposures and beln. the high contrast is causing a little color shift on the top of the mountains. Use the filter, either real, or the NIK Effects one and tone that down a bit, then bum the contrast so that beautiful blue water really pops off the screen.

Great photo even with the minor points I mention.

i'm sure this is a beautiful place, but this shot seems to be more of a quickly grabbed snapshot than a real photographic study of the place.

The colour of that water is incredible. Composition seems to be lacking a bit though, and the blown out sky is a bit distracting.

Nice colors in the water, to bad about the sky would have been awsome with a blue sky also.

Best: I love that creamy alpine water...risky "peek thru" composition, but works here.
Worst: Bland sky..want to see wider angle
