Yep...now that I have my new monitor I agree...the eyes are overdone. Although, honestly I didn't do a whole lot to them. A bit of contrast and saturation, but both on the low end.
It is so frustrating to determine what monitor settings will be giving the most accurate portrayal of the photo, and it makes such a huge difference in the quality of the shot. |

| nice subject, but this capture doesn't do much for me. the eyes don't seem real, and the fur gets lost in the muted background. |

| This is a really nice shot. The focus seems to be off a bit and possibly a little more contrast between the cat and the background. The compositon is purr-fect. |
