Nice backlighting on the reeds. The patterns in the sand are absolutely beautiful. Composition makes this photo really powerful. Would make a fabulous print. |

Really nice shot! Excellent job of "waiting for the light." Nice use of texture throughout, and the little bit of sunlight top right is a nice touch. |

I would have liked to see just a little more detail in the shadows and less harsh light on the tips of those ..are they weeds?... Colors are nice but not as rich as they can be. Maybe try for a wider crop rather than a tight one? I gave a 7 |

My eyes keep drifting off the top of the frame... I don't know if it was possible but I would rather have seen this photo taken from a bit lower angle to let the eye follow the lines of the sand more. But I do think the lighting on the grasses is awesome! Good job. |
