Very pleasant expression on this individual. You can't help but like him. I think this photo may be improved by sharpening his eyes a bit to give them more impact. Very nice photo!

Great range- it's tough to not blow out those white values. Very good composition too. The eyes are superior. I'm bumping this one up after my last sweep through- 10.

This is a very strong entry. James' hair makes it especially interesting. The one thing that might have made it even stronger is a black T-shirt instead of white, so focus stays entirely on face. 9.

Very pleasing face. Nice eyes. The lighting seems a touch off and the focus seems more on his nose. There's potential there, for sure.
