 Took this during the 1st 30 Days of SPs challenge earlier this year. (At least it was the first one I had participated in.) It was a blast and I was really pleased with the results of this image in particular. I had paid special attention to the lighting (using multiple light sources including a 650 watt flood/spot, halogen lamp, overhead fluorescent, additional white light/lamp, and white boards as reflectors).

It took a number of tries before I got a shot in which I appeared to be "still" for the duration of the exposure. I clicked the remote (on 2 second delay), dropped it, twirled the umbrella, and froze. HA...

PP included very little: NI, crop, levels/curves, tint brush on eyes, save for Web.

Best: Exposure control, umbrella is killer, expression on subject, placement of head and internal spinning white part..
Worst: wish umbrella was colored different than shirt..
