| Congratulation on the first place this won in the sculpture park photo contest. I can see why it won; it is indeed a lovely shot. The light, focus, composition, and sky are excellent. It must have been disappointing to receive such an average score from the DPC voters. I think the "Best of ..." challenges are always rated on a very high curve. And the voters don't have any topic to help in the evaluation. |

| A little flat looking. Looks like it`s been tonemapped, needs more contrast but interesting subject. |

| Normally, pics of sculptors and statues and stuff don't do much for me. But I can see here that you put some attention in to this shot. It shows a thought out composition, and getting the right timing (exposure and a decent sky) and is not bad. |
