An unsuspecting wife is subject to having her picture taken whilst asleep on our sofa :)

PP Steps:
-Converted from RAW using Nikon Capture 4.1
-Desaturated to B&W
-Imported into CS2
-Various Layer adjustments (Curves, Levels)
-Several USM passes at various settings
-Applied Lens blur to entire image to give it that 'dreamy' look & feel
-Cropped, resized for DPC

I'm hoping that this one scores higher than my recent submissions.

OMG. She looks like she's laying in a coffin. This is really creapy

great shot, looks a little soft, and with a lack of contrast. this pose kindof scares me, i do not mean this bad, but she looks like she's in a coffin. that does not take away from my vote though. great job

Lose of detail due to being too dark. would have been better bringing the attention to the person with more light

I'm going to hope this was MEANT to look like it was taken from the inside of a casket. If not, be warned that this looks like a post-mortem shot--probably because the soft focus, her pillow and the background of the bed, not to mention the position of her hands, all remind me so much of a viewing of an open casket. Otherwise, this is a fine piece of work. 6 from me.

Would have liked better if could see some facial detail.

I like soft feel, but I think you needed more light on her face.

your light is not great. You should be lighting the face and not the hair. It also looks like she is dead. My first thought was funeral like.
