Although this is a black and white challenge I chose to set myself appart. I personally think this is a great portrait and it fits the criteria. The criteria is not for a 100% black and white image. Its simply black and white portrait.
Anyways. To anyone who gave me 1 and 2. I would like to know reasons for your voting other than the blue in the image. |

| nope, usually I aint strict on `does not meet challenge`, but in a Black and white challenge, I expect it to be at least Black and white..1 |

I hate to be the one to do this....especially since I considered a similar idea with my photo, but was advised against it....but I'm sure you already have comments saying this is a black, white, and blue portrait (with a touch of green) and not a black and white portrait.
Technically, it's a great capture. Perfect lighting, great focus, good shot. It pains me to vote this slightly lower for not meeting the challenge (don't worry not that low.) |
