First, I'm sure you've heard this a dozen times already, but it bears repeating...use the maximum 640 on the long side. You lose impact and details with a smaller size. On the positive end I guess, you get lots of comments. :D As a photo I really like what you've done in post-processing this. Great tonal range for a B/W - you've covered the range completely without blowing it out or losing details in the shadows. The focus on her face has a soft quality to it in a good way. Overall, nicely done. Just show it off a bit more. :) Good luck in the challenge. |

Doesn't feel cropped quite right for me ... would like more on the left and less on the right of your subject. Nice tones, though ... 7 |

why so small? use the size allowance to your advantage to really show detail in your photo ... |

Image size is small. We lose out on the womans face as a result. As it is she seems very pale. No texture in her features. Crop out the right and top to draw the focus on her instead of the background. |
