I like your framing. The lighting is a bit harsh, though. Another light source on the left would remove that shadow.

I think the feel could be more effectively accomplished with lighting than with the extreme PP lightening and blur

it bothers me that the eyes aren't in focus while the hair is. This would have a bigger impact if it was the other way around.

The way you processed the skin creeps me out to be blunt. The skin looks like plastic. No offense.
