A stray cat that lived with us at the wild life park for many years - Then he just disappeared as fast as he came - He was a beautiful cat and we had him for over 7 years. It really was raining in the picture and I was getting soaked - I took a couple of pics of him but nothing special but as I moved to walk away he put his little paw up and that was it.

I came with your amazing portfolio. I feel so touched with this kitty (I have 3 kitties at home ^.^). So what was the ending.....what happened to the kitty?

That is such a wonderful picture of such a special friend. Your story fills my eyes with tears. I've had many sad losses like this one. It is so good you have some wonderful pics of your dear friend.

Very nice b/w shot that captures the emotions of the cat. I like the way the rain gives this a watercolor feel. I would have liked to see a wider range of grey tones - that would be my only suggestion. The composition is perfect

Had to look up what Tri-X meant (I am not a 'photographer') so learned something. Sure it is allowed, doesn't have to be 'digital' in a Portfolio. This site needs people with your skills/images like these. Thank you.

Thanks very much - This was actually taken with Tri-X and then scanned on the Nikon 9000ED - Is that allowed on this site? Didn't think before I put it in my portfolio! Whoops - Surely though as it's my portfolio anything counts? Cheers

How incredibly sweet! So sorry to hear he left you, though.
