Excellent image. Very nice detail and his stare has a forlorn kind of fell. Not depressed but as if he might have some suffering going on in his life. That or he is just getting tired of you taking his picture ;). Whatever it is I think this is on eof the better images in the challenge. Hope it does well foryou. Bumping up to 9.

Very nice - lighting works very well. Maybe a little more DOF would be nice, but I'm guilty of that nearly all the time, too. Nice expression. Good luck... << 7 >>

I ranked this VERY high but I think you might take a hit because of the dead center framing, I like it. Good range of tones, tack sharp, great lighting. Great photo.

I like the shadowing, and the selection of the model. The lines on the forehead are a bit distracting for me, and interupt the overall "smoothness" of the picture
